Wilder Studio website is designed to provide the User access to original handcrafted illustrations, pattern repeats and the opportunity to create bespoke/exclusive designs with Wilder Studio.


PATTERN INFORMATION:

By purchasing a NON-EXCLUSIVE PATTERN from Wilder Studio, you are agreeing to the following licensing agreement and conditions:

  • The purchaser agrees to a 1 year licensing agreement. Once purchased, non-exclusive patterns can be used for a maximum of 1 years from the date of purchase.
  • Non-Exclusive Patterns remain the copyright of Wilder Studio under the Australian Copyright Act.
  • Patterns cannot be credited to any other Artist than Wilder Studio.
  • Patterns may not be modified by anyone other than Wilder Studio.
  • Pattern cannot be sub-licensed, duplicated, or resold to third parties.



By purchasing an EXCLUSIVE PATTERN designed by Wilder Studio, you are agreeing to the following conditions:

 

  • The purchaser agrees to a 5 year licensing agreement. Once purchased, exclusive patterns can be used for a maximum of 5 years from the date of purchase. The purchaser is the sole licensee of the pattern for 5 years from the date of purchase.
  • Exclusive Patterns cannot be credited to any other Artist than Wilder Studio.
  • Exclusive Patterns may not be modified by anyone other than Wilder Studio.
  • Exclusive Patterns cannot be sub-licensed, duplicated, or resold to third parties.

RETURNS
Please purchase with care as Wilder Studio does not accept returns based on a change of mind. Wilder Studio only produces products of quality. If in a rare circumstance the product you receive is faulty, please contact hello.wilderstudio@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving product. 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Use of this site and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs and other intellectual property relating to the products and any other items on this site.

SOCIAL MEDIA
You are permitted to use the items on social media ONLY if each item is prominently credited to Wilder Studio and/or www.wilderstudio.com.au
